He has more than 19 years of experience across multiple industries, including oil and gas, construction and engineering, logistics, e-commerce, business development, healthcare, banking, export & import of consumer’s products and across broad range of strategy, operations, technology and organizational issues.
Prince Austin Efi is a business developer and one of the most respected and experienced executives in various sectors. Prior to Joining AABVINC Global Ltd where he is currently the Chief Executive, he was also Co-Founder of Old Oxford Express International – EU Markets back in 1994 and he was also named president of Zero Restriction Award in USA.
He is known for his superb trouble-shooting and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with the ability to quickly assess situations and make balanced decisions. He is Certified Project management & Products Re-branding- USA, Adjunct Professor, Shaw University, North Carolina- USA, North Carolina Central University, MPA- Project Management & e-commerce., Durham, NC – 1993, Shaw University, BA of Applied Economics & Organizational Theory, Raleigh, NC – 1986.
He is also a professional member of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Ranchi, India, American Management Association, International Credit Management Association, Indian Export Organization, Financial Credit Insurance Business and many others.
Binta O. Efi
President AABVINC GLOBAL LIMITED
Mrs. Binta O. Efi President of AABVINC Global , holds a BA (Hons) Business (HRM) , LASU., [B.Sc.] Mass Communication, BUK. LLB (Hons) and LLM in Criminal Justice, Queen Mary University of London. She is the brain behind expanding AABVINC Global Impact into Africa markets. She has 10 years of experience in Global Sales & Marketing, automotive products, as well as import and export coordination with various clients worldwide, her focus is in delivering value- added products and services to its expanding worldwide customer base. Other experience includes: computer & automation manufacturing industry, marketing research and development, partnering with various international & domestic clients, and sales & services etc.
Working with members of the global sales and marketing team, as the President of AABVINC Global; Mrs. Binita O. Efi drives the creation and the implementation of the global sales and marketing strategy to increase market share and profitability in each geographic region of the world, as well as providing leadership to insure the achievement of sales revenue targets and profitability.
Phoebe Nnado
Vice President AABVINC GLOBAL LIMITED
Mrs Phoebe Nnado, holds an Associates degree in Business Mannagement from Wake Technical Community College Raleigh Durham North Carolina USA.
She also has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University. She has attended several courses at Masters Level in International skills, Family Relations and Human Resource Management (HRM;). She holds a Masters degree in Economics at Georgia State University Atlanta Georgia USA.
Mrs Phoebe Nnado has been involved in the Mannagement of Retirement Centers in Atlanta Georgia. Mrs Phoebe also has been involved in several Managerial positions in North Carolina. She has made investments in several businesses with great ideas across Atlanta and North Carolina.
Mrs phoebe Nnado has a passion for Creative Arts and is also a Philanthropist actively involved in Nonprofit Organization activities of feeding the poor and hungry.
Chukwudi G. Ozalla
Director, Business Development AABVINC GLOBAL LIMITED
He holds both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State. He has over a decade robust development banking experience and at various times headed key departments.
He has undergone numerous on-the-job trainings, workshops and conferences. Mr Ozalla is a passionate advocate and promoter of Media/ICT literacy. He has attended numerous personal development courses on both fields.
He is a member of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), the Vice President of a not -for- profit Organisation: Advocacy for Change Initiative (ACI). He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration in 2012 by Yeshua International School of Theology United Kingdom.
Engr. Emmanuel Uwalaka
Director, Projects AABVINC GLOBAL LIMITED
Emmanuel is a civil Engineer by profession and holds a Masters Degree (M.Sc) in Health, Safety & Environment from Pebble Hills University Delaware, USA, with various certifications from the UK and USA. He is a technical result oriented professional with effective project management skills and experience, in the construction, engineering and related oil and gas projects.
He is a certified international Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) from the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS, USA). He is the author of “Safety- Everyone’s Responsibility- for a secure future” and also won SHP International Raising Star Award 2017 and 2019 held at Excel London, UK.
He is a dedicated and enthusiastic leader, he has consulted for both public and private organizations both locally and internationally. Emmanuel is currently the Director of Projects in AABV Inc Global Limited, a multi-national company operation in Africa, Europe and United Stated of America, focus on construction, maritime, oil and gas related projects.

The Etsu Nupe, His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr) Yahaya Abubakar, CFR
Etsu Nupe Yahaya Abubakar is one of the powerful emir in Nigeria who was appointed as the 13th Etsu Nupe on 11 September 2003, and began the ruler in succession to his late uncle, Alhaji Umar Sanda Ndayako. By virtue of this title, he is also the Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers.
Alhaji (Dr) Yahaya Abubakar, a retired General of the Nigerian Army and Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR), was born on 12 September 1952 at Bida in Niger State and hails from one of the ruling houses of Bida Emirate (Usman Zaki).
Before his appointment as the Etsu Nupe he was the Kusodu Nupe, last military posting was to the Defence Headquarters Abuja, where he was a Director of Foreign Operations, before retiring as a Brigadier General in September 2003.
